The following schedule shows the basic structure for each retreat.

Participants are strongly encouraged to attend each day and session in their entirety.

If you have any questions or concerns regarding your ability to stay for the entire gathering, please contact the event organizers.

Day 1

Day 2

9 am - 6:30 pm

*Continental breakfast will be available from 8:30 - 9:30 am

Opening Session: 9 - 11:45 am

Lunch with "Dispatches from the Field" (approximately 12 - 1:30 pm)​

  • Food & Conversations + Q&A with faith-based activists and community leaders

 

Afternoon Sessions: 1:45 - 5 pm (with breaks)

  • Activities, Reflections, and Sharing

  • Skills Building and Moving to Practical Applications

 

Dinner (approximately 5:30 - 6:30 pm)

Optional Evening Activity in Nashville - Time TBD

9 am - 1 pm
